Marmot Basin offers downhill skiing, boarding and telemarking on uncrowded slopes with varied terrain and spectacular scenery. 1675 acres of bowls, glades and groomed runs are serviced by two quads (1 express), 1 triple and 3 double chairs, 1 T-bar, 1 platter and new magic carpet. Base and mid-mountain day lodges offer sun decks and serve hearty food and refreshing drinks. Facilities include a snowboard park, ski shop, rentals, ski school, mountain tours and a nursery. Shuttle service from townsite hotels.

Vast high alpine resort on the Continental Divide. 3 mountains; 9 m (30 ft) of natural snow annually. Open to late May. Banff's only ski-in/ski-out hotel. Fast 8-person gondola, 7 quad lifts (5 high speed); 12 lifts in total. Delirium Dive and new extreme terrain on Goat's Eye.

Gondola and 8 lifts including 3 quads (2 high speed). Banff shuttle (762-5900).
